I think, blame for all this mess points to present CEO Alex. How can a CEO makes a nonbinding agreement with a partner whose conduct was not at all trustworthy, and then wait for more than 6 months, doing nothing, and then came out with restructuring proposal, which will increase company equity by 3 times, and then will dilute it 10 times, and on more of that, knows fully well that it may trigger an option for Chinese to exercise, and blindly hoping that the party who is not cooperating with them in the past will help them now. Due to these decisions, this highly undervalued company, under these circumstances, may go to some competitor at throw away valuations. I was reading somewhere, the present CEO was fired in the past by South Gobi resources.
