He's been called an idiot here, more than once. Without foresight. Reactive, not pro-active. Lets events take their course and then tries a patch-up at the eleventh hour.
IMO, he's only in it for his fees and likes to make deals dividing his time with other companies.
He does not work for PDN full-time.
