Opp, Shenty and Reddeer all good points. So what are the Board of Directors and the rest of the Executive Team doing, if (big if) there happens to be collusive behavior involved. Are they all involved?
Does it then play out that CNNC wins, Bond holders and Nedbank get their money and we gullible share holders loose the lot.
