Unfortunately only the term sheet will reveal this information and none of us have access to this document. A certain percentage of the 12.5% interest will be fixed to the full amount of the facility, it is called a line fee and is standard for loans like this.... I just hope it is not the full amount.
There has been some heavy selling today, someone wants out.
