I think you underestimate recent TER profitability.
My estimates for September are:
Managed EBITDA $37m
Equity EBITDA $28m
Pre-tax profit $21m

Q4 will start off even better.

So I expect the debt to be fully paid off well before Dec 22.

Yes, TER has been run very poorly.
But IMO that's already fully priced in.

And the new large shareholders may decide to rearrange the Board.
