It certainly is. If you remember the takeover of UNV, TER made a big deal about management not being on the BOD's. That was given as 1 of the reasons to spill the board.
Ransley gets back involved and both he and Danny are immediately put back onto the BOD once Wal King left. Seems like Wal had a lot more focus on corporate governance than what Craig does.
