How's this for corporate governance anyway.
The ASX requires a listed entity to have a formal board evaluation process. Check this out for their response.
"The last formal board evaluation, which was completed by a third party, was undertaken in June 2020.The board evaluation was an online survey and sought the views of each board member as to the Board's performance over the previous 12 month period. All directors completed the survey".
So essentially their "formal board evaluation" was an online survey by themselves. Great stuff. Real independent. Did they by any chance compare their actions to the share price over the last x number of years?
