The Supreme court will assess damages on the 6th March apparently. Although not much chance of getting anything. I have no idea how it could be enforced on anyone with all their assets overseas.
Perhaps it can be assessed and then written off as a loss by RFF allowing some small win for us holders.
And in other news from the thank-god-for-small-mercies department, I'm back to break even today!
