Have you considered a hidden agenda here. There is no point in smearing penny stocks. From 50c to 25c (50%) is only 25c. 50% of 2.30 is far greater number.
How about RFF as a potential TO target? Rather than paying 20 - 50% premium on 2.30, isn't it better to pay 20% premium on 1.90? If the Share price hang around low enough for a prolonged period. 1.90 can become attractive.
