BONUS: FCG: FONTERRA SHAREHOLDERS' FUND ANNOUNCES BONUS ISSUE
The Manager of the Fonterra Shareholders Fund has approved the making of a
bonus issue of additional units in the Fund, as a consequence of Fonterra
Co-operative Group Limited undertaking an equivalent bonus issue to its
shareholders (including Fonterra Farmer Custodian Limited).
One additional Unit will be issued for every 40 units held on 12 April 2013
(the 'Record Date').
No payment will be required for the additional units.
The additional units will be issued on 24 April 2013.
