Not sure ... Negotiation conclusions - I'd pick July:Oct. Reality - the longer, the better the deal for SH IMO.
Options - My take ... the options are value added, but also a strategically significant element in any negotiation as they create a counter argument to what I anticipate the normal Pharma pitch is - you need our money to progress the trials to commercial stage.They are a two fold insurance policy for the company ... one as a likely CR fallback and secondly as negotiation start-point for SH'ers now.
Every long is now thinking $4.50 is a given ... and the first hint of FTO trial success adds a premium from there. (or for that matter any +ve news via Sheba).
Very nice strategic thinking ... it broke the chart trend at the perfect time without the need for FA news. It is a confidence booster, confirmed by the over-subscription.
