Agreed, have followed these posts very informative with all the views. Am a small holder but in any role or occupation there is a use by date, and this applies to all these so called key personnel eg the outgoing SGR CEO a must have by the Board, mega remuneration and a $800,000 bonus during the pandemic when may staff were stood down. The MFG sp was cratering when all these people were on duty but it may be time to move on and it is the Board's responsibility to plan a smooth transition to a new team with good prospects for the company going forward.
