    In the announcement and the prospectus, it says that "the bonus options are expected to be listed on the ASX under the ASX code HMLOA."

    But in the correspondence to shareholders it says "Entitlements to the Bonus Option are non-renounceable
    and accordingly will not be traded on the ASX."

    Is it safe to assume that the prospectus overrides the correspondence to shareholders since it is dated later?
