no not at all, what I'm saying is it's a psychological ploy by SGQ to lure holders not to dump or sell before March, and just reading all the posts here it's working. the fact that people actually write/think it's a "free" offer is gobsmacking. and of course the company now has history with calls that don't eventuate.
also it's not a substitute for a CR, and I propose that a CR is coming down the chute any day.
