BONUS: MLN: New Warrant Issue for Marlin Global
The directors of Marlin Global Limited ("Marlin Global" or "the company") are
pleased to announce that the company will undertake a pro rata issue of
warrants to shareholders.
At the record date, Marlin shareholders will be allotted one warrant for
every four shares held. The record date for the issue is 13 July 2015 and the
warrants are expected to be allotted on 14 July 2015.
Each warrant gives shareholders the right, but not the obligation, to
subscribe for one additional ordinary share in Marlin on the exercise date.
The exercise date is 5 August 2016.
The exercise price will be $0.88 less any dividends declared during the
period up to the exercise date. The final exercise price will be calculated
before the exercise date, and the company will advise warrant holders at
least 20 days before the exercise date.
The warrants are expected to be quoted on the Main Board of NZX from 15 July
2015 under the issuer code MLNWB.
The Board believes the issue of new warrants will put Marlin in a better
position to grow, improve liquidity, operate efficiently and pursue other
capital structure initiatives as appropriate.
