Management need to do something here or the options raise isn't going to raise anything. You don't opt for this path unless you're releasing information to the market that stipulates or infers that the SP is undervalued. Anyone planning to exercise at a premium to the current SP would have to also be betting that the second bonus options will be well in the money.
