Happy, "invest in a new Wilsons LIC at NTA instead of a premium." ?
im confused.. if someone bought CYA today wouldnt they be buying under the NTA ? where does WAM group offer a discount to NTA ?Until they send through the offer as a WAMG holder i wont know what the value is..
and i have to suggest that WAA and CYA have opposite agendas in the market to allow for a logical fit in the same port..
