If you want to buy any (WAA/WAX/WLE/WAM) of their LIC's they are currently trading at a premium to their NTA's.
Part of the offer is a priority allocation to shareholders of WAM Entities - this will get done at the NTA, meaning you'll theoretically get a Wilson LIC investment at the NTA price. Factor this plus the existing tax losses wouldn't be a bad outcome. That's what I was referring to.
Of course the above assumes that the proposal gets up.
