The JBL half yearly accounts (December 2016) are an interesting read with respect to the transactions recently announced.
It describes some of the acquisitions by RSM including transaction timing and some financial information. Several businesses mentioned were quite small so it would be interesting to know the breakdown of the $34 million valuation in the announcement.
