I think it's a sweetener for anyone who sees future value in KRC but is getting really put off with the current share price.
I see it as a move from TB to get the long term holders to hold tight, and allow people on the sidelines an extra incentive to jump on board.
If you believe in the future of KRC, now is the time to jump in or top up. Low share price and a kicker of some free oppies, hey I'm a stingy Pom, my philosophy is 'if it's free I'll take two'.
Top up day for me.
