This is an incentive for everyone not just the guys who committed to get un-exercised options at zero and convert them at 10’cents. I’d see it’s a smart move by the company to keep the coffers healthy. It separates the believers and non believers. Believers will accumulate now at below 10c to get as much options as possible that don’t expire until 2020. Level playing field I’d say. The company is playing it smart.
