Eligible shareholders are being provided with Options. These Options are being provided without any cost to the Shareholder. The Options allow the shareholder to buy shares at a fixed price of $4.50 at any time up to the expiry date of 16 May 2022. Thus, if at that date, or any date before, the Share Price is greater than $4.50, you can buy shares at the discounted price of $4.50 without any brokerage fees. If the share price is less than $4.50 upon expiry, then the Options lapse and you’re no better or worse off.
