After finally counting the number of leading zeros in the SRN correctly rather than blaming the Automic system, I've been able to add the options.
So the tricks are:
* the first character in the SRN is capital letter I for Indigo
* count the number of leading zeros correctly.
Look at the notification box to see what message was generated, either Approved or Declined. If Declined, you've either keyed the SRN incorrectly or selected a company other than RAC.
The SRN holding will appear at the top of the portfolio screen, ahead of your CHESS HIN holdings.
Now all that remains is to save up $4.50 per option.
