I guess it is a perfectly legitimate question to ask the board if they believe the share value will warrant anyone purchasing the options.
If they believe this to be the case then it should also be a legitimate question to ask them to articulate what they believe the key events will be that brings this to bear.
If they can't or won't it is almost a slap in the face to shareholders.
ie Selling us something that is cheap but worthless but telling us it is a reward.
