At today's share price if you just buy the shares and it goes to 0.04 you'll make over 90% profit, but the option will give you nothing - you'll only make something if it goes beyond 0.04. If the options was a closer strike price, say 0.025 it would be a great incentive, but as it stands it's not much of a bonus imo.
