What you want the board to be completely transparent and provide an overall update on activities and status? I hope you are not seriously expecting to be kept fully informed on your investment for as a shareholder don't you know your only purpose as far as the board is concerned is to hand over your cash to pay for the boards salaries. The nerve of some shareholders who just don't know their place.
