It quite simple the board of directors approved that AL be bonused for capital raisings ......that is he was paid a bonus to enter the company into the most stupid financially bankrupt instrument ie CN ever and clearly he had no idea along with the BOD that is was so bad/toxic.
Also he's probably getting rewarded by way of bonus for the SPP and Bonus opt.
Its amazing that an executive is bonused for raising capital. Its unheard of and it is extremely bad governance and quite frankly the BOD should be removed as it is deeply incompetent with regard to capital management aspects.
The CN has destroyed the share price and contributed to a massive shareholder dilution and trashing of funds.
Currently the market cap of XPE is circa $15m with enterprise value of approx. $11m but it has a cost base with directors extra exuberant salaries of $12m.
That is a total disgrace and shows a total disregard to shareholders.
Lets say this company nails massive revenues in the future.......the BOD will simply pay themselves millions given the present situation they pay themselves as if this is a top 50 company with a seasoned revenue track record.
Al is chairman and CEO and paying himself plus $600k in a start up with zero revenue and still raising capital.........just disgraceful.
