Exactly, but to put the icing on the cake- he was awarded a bonus for a flipping CR!! As others have mentioned already. It's death by 1000 cuts here. The complete shambles and state of the board to allow the constant inflicting of pain on shareholders via dilution is just ruthless. I've never ever seen anything like it. How can this continuously be allowed it's just atrocious. I feel for shareholders
