provides the following update in respect of Media Intelligence Co. Pty Ltd.
As previously announced, Xped acquired an indirect interest in Media Intelligence Co. on 22 May 2017, when it acquired Jemsoft Pty Ltd on the same date.
Media Intelligence Co is now a 56% held subsidiary of Xped. Xped wishes to advise of changes to the board of directors of Media Intelligence Co. with
Mr Athan Lekkas, Mr Chris Wood and Mr John Schultz (each an Xped director)
being appointed as directors ofMedia Intelligence Co. and the existing directors
of Media Intelligence Co. resigning. As announced on 16 June 2017,Dr Karen Nelson-Field previous CEO and director of Media Intelligence Co. has been engaged by the board of Media Intelligence Co. on a consultancy basis until September 2017 to assist in thedelivery of the Think TV project.
