A big " if " they convert at 4c that is way off at this stage.
If this is such a bonus/reward as the board states why aren't the founders taking it up fully?
Do they not think 4c plus is acheiveable ?
They could always sell some options on market.
4c seems a long way away at this depressing SP level and going lower with more CN stock coming on the sell
We are nearly 50% down from consolidation date which was a few weeks ago.
