Haven't received my paperwork yet but am wondering about the role of Leadenhall.
It doesn't seem worthwhile at the moment for small holders to buy the options.
So Leadenhall would take up most of the options.
Does Leadenhall have the power to sell them on market before January or is their conversion part of the plan?
Just wondering how this will affect the share price.
