My fear is the RTO by Cloud Lumen, the FGF acquisition.
It's lined up for an RTO later this year.
Athan Lekkas is on the board of First Growth Funds.
Cloud Lumen is a vanilla smart home /industry company in the US.
I am now thinking of joining the push for director removal. Didn't see the point previously but think the latest announcement is a turn for the worse.
I presume the CN holder benefits and that's why there was only a partial conversion.?
But that would be insider info.
I believe Cameron Low should be sacked on the spot.
