My hope is that the options don’t get listed. My experience as a novice has been that once the options are listed those who are not current SHs then acquire them on market, and in addition to current SHs who want to sell their shares to then convert the options (almost like a short sell) end up controlling the SP rise down to the exercise price. This will be a case of the tail (option) wagging the dog (shares).
