@Davisite Dr. T while i do like the idea of the bonus options, is there are reason why they aren't being listed ?
I would have thought it a good idea to have them listed, because
1) Existing shareholders who can't afford to convert could still get some value by selling options on market
2) Company more assured of getting fully funding of exercisable value because of 1)
3) Opportunity to introduce new shareholders from on market option purchases
