That’s a very good point, which I missed because I focused on the maximum total number of Bonus options to be issued, being one 20th of SOI.
I would assume it would be easy to filter out shareholders who do not have eligible addresses from this maximum.
Wonder if this will impacting calculations and assumptions on the future funding requirements.
Also, I wonder if John Cullity’s registered shareholding address qualifies for the options? He holds just under 5% of SOI.
