It could be that a combination of Bookings data base with Serko's technology would work for tourists/vacationers who self-plan their itineraries. The Lunch Money interview (on youtube) gave the impression that they have enough on their plate with business travel, but travel agencies, including Booking, might start pushing to have a "civilian" version of Zeno.
