Agreed - this new management team have completely turned the ship around. They have made material changes to the operational performance of the Boom business and what’s amazing is you can still pick up the business at 14c per share which is a 45% + discount to the company’s NTA per share. Previous management had told us the company’s shares were worth at least NTA and they were shocking operators towards the end of their tenure.
Well then, what’s the business worth today if it’s tracking so positively? Definitely 1-1.5x NTA.
This Newmont contract is material, but there’s still more work to come you’d expect if you read between the lines in their recent updates to market. I am stoked as I picked up shares last couple weeks at 14c.
