Are the asset sales expected to be offset with the purchase of new assets? Looks like this has been the case over the last 12-18 months. I’ve never had a grasp of the future cash flow impact from this asset ‘refresh’ they have mentioned ongoing. Easy to look back but what are their plans from here?
They have certainly prioritised this strategy as well as debt reduction but if this is coming to an end then 1c dividend seems a likely next step. Would certainly drag in a few new investors. Not sure they could allocate capital much better than a dividend, or even share buyback at these prices.
Cash flow is definitely their strong point at this point.
