End of the day, YES we do have a pilot with CBA. Even so more it it feels more than a pilot as the way CBA are reacting to the ongoing developement of BOOM2 as so to say it is tailored for their needs and the ongoing training that CBA are giving some of their own staff flying them to the Philippines for a 2 wk training session. This has become a very expensive and committed program for CBA to invest in and serious enough to make it happen that BOOM2 will work.
6 mths into the pilot and all is well. The serious side is happening in this quarter as the update has advised that automated SoAs are beginning to CBA and other SELECT clients. They must have a fair idea that this stage would go well and are confident of success.
