That query was addressed by explaining that the potential of that agreement was material and that is plusable. IMO NAB wanted services for nothing and IAM told them to F OFF. There loss. Credibility is eroded by banging on about that one deal. That's business and if you had a clue about business at this level you wouldn't be even bringing the NAB stuff up. Executives plough on. Keyboard warriors live in the past.
