Just reading the FML quarterly, and looks like they entered an agreement with LIT 5 years ago for them to explore Coolgardie for lithium and other base metals. LIT just exercised this in Sept.
Yet another spanner thrown into the deal..
Focus should've got their house in order before they tried to sell.
