    Grant is exempt from director re-election by virtue of being the Managing Director. Hansen needs to have his appointment voted on and I think he will be the only director up for re-election (one can hope he defongerates before or at the AGM.
    Price was re-elected at the November 2023 AGM so he will not stand for re-election and Ashok stood for re-election November 2022 AGM.

    So I think it is just Hansen this time.
