I agree, whether he is Biggs, Franks or the WGO janitor, doesn't matter. If he is connected to Hancock/WGO then it is definitely relevant.
What we know:-
Northern Hemisphere based
Has above average, intricate understanding of the EP469 JV
Is clueless about other STX assets like Walyering
Has no understanding of Corporate Governance
Always undermines positive STX announcements
I would consider it highly likely that he is connected to WGO, either directly or being fed by someone who is.
