Other option is to open up the data room. If we are going to be sold, at least do it on our terms. Board should be preparing for a take over and making sure as many parties (inc from overseas) are aware of this 500m asset portfolio. Nice to throw a few cats amongst the pigeons. A blindsided offer from the Chinese might wake a few people up? I'd personally take less just to ensure Min, Hancock or Stokes don't get this.
