BOQ's tier 1 ratio at 31 May was 7.8% down from 8.0% at 28 February, notwithstanding the underwriting of the dividend reinvestment plan in the interim period. This suggests that organic capital generation is insufficient to fund ongoing business growth.
Therefore, IMHO of course, a fair chance of a capital raising.
