nothing weak about this Board.. if you look at the details of the announcement by Frazis you will see the dividend is not cancelled..just deferred.. as with all the big banks due to the fact that they have to keep liquidity at this time.. the most important part of Frazis' announcement is 'we are well capitalized'!! this is not a debt-laden bank. Stay calm and watch the sp rise..
