I get the feeling staff don't care or are incompetent - BOQ also had the highest number of loan deferrals out of ALL the banks. They should have been putting the some pressure on customers who had deferred, its a bank not a charity. Management imo just don't care, they get paid. Shareholders get close to zero dividends this year - this is unprecedented even going back to the financial crisis. I'm expecting a close to zero dividend given what George has been saying and their releases, then we may see a $4 SP as a real possibility.
