grimshaw was like your typical talented nrl player,no loyalty to the club which put them on the map,but just a near sited view of chasing big dollars and glory.he also got an extra huge golden handshake which cost all boq members dearly.i know he did a competent job,but basically he was just an overpayed "prick",with a few clever ideas.that said,anyone with his attitude towards boq which has already been proven by his "sellout" behavior,should not apply for the job of ceo.
ps-i still think he is way over his neck in required talent to be a performer in his new US job.i suppose at least he has a bunch of contract clauses which will save his bacon when he under performs.
