Why didn’t they simply restrict the rights offer, simply to the Insto and sophisticated investors for quick access to funding?
That is what happens normally!
I was hoping someone that knows about the technicalities of CR would give an explanation to my question above.
My gut feeling is that the retail offer wasn’t because the Board felt being nice to small retail investors by allowing them to participate in the CR.
Basically, that is assessment of the media of the boards disdain for small shareholders.
More to do, about getting every cent possible with the involvement of retail shareholders due to some technical constraints.
