"Their acquisitions have not been valued in the company.....": Because like all the other "producing assets" they have they are unlikely to deliver any value to shareholders.
No doubt they will be hyped up, as is already happening, in an attempt to give some of whoever is left from the CR an exit without a 90% loss.
